Covid-19 Policy

• If your booking needs to cancel or rescheduled due to Covid-19 we are happy to reschedule the bookings on the same terms for no extra fee. *There may be a small fee of around £50 to move from a weekday event to a Saturday.
• If both parties (the band and the client) cannot find a mutually agreeable date the booking can be cancelled and 50% of the deposit will be returned, the remainder will be retained as a booking fee. No further payments will need to be made.
• If a local or nationwide lockdown affects the booking, then the you have the choice to reschedule as above or cancel altogether and all fees paid will be returned.
• Where any band member is affected by Covid-19 isolation, we will endeavour to provide a fully rehearsed deputy musician of a similar ability. Over our twelve years of business we have built up a large collection of fantastic musicians from all round the country who can step in at short notice and cover - unnoticed. If we have no musicians available to cover we will let you know as soon as possible and either offer to perform for a lower fee with a smaller line up, offer our DJ services or to cancel the event altogether with all fees paid being returned. Fortunately, we've never needed to do this.
