Really friendly band. James met with us beforehand to easily walk through the itinerary giving us lots of options for the night. The band were superb with the set building from 60's through recent sounds which kept the place bouncing all night. Absolutely recommend for a great party!

The Smooth Criminals performed at our wedding and were amazing! Communication prior to the day was great, everything was on time and well organised. They started by performing our first dance song and then did 2 x 1 hour sets for us. The dance floor was full and everyone was loving the music and the energy. We were begging for more when they had to finish.

It was exactly what we wanted!! I would definitely recommend them

We are so pleased we chose The Smooth Criminals for our wedding entertainment. They were very professional and were brilliant to work with. The Smooth Criminals played at our wedding in South Wales and we couldn't have made a better choice, they were true professionals. Communication was great in the lead up to the day and they were super accommodating of all our requests.

On the day, they ran the evening entertainment without a hitch, flexing their sets to the late running of day. Their talent, combined with the high quality equipment they use resulted in a professional sound and incredible performance - we had so many complements from guests during and after the event, many of whom are musicians themselves.

Can I just say from both Katy and I that the amount of guests who have come up to us and said just how brilliant you were is incredible. You absolutely smashed it out of the park and it was great to see jut so many guests enjoying it and having fun.

My only complaint would be because I spent all night dancing I missed out on the cheese boards! But seriously, the way you got everyone dancing so quick was brilliant, our first dance was great fun and we could not be happier to have you play our wedding. We shall recommend you to every friend we have and hopefully we’ll see you play again soon.

Dear James

Thank you, the rest of the band, your DJ and your pianist so much for your music on Saturday night. Once your live pianist had finished his great background music to the dinner, I was becoming anxious that we would never reach the dance floor, and it was such a relief once the dinner, speeches and things were over that you were instantly able to get the floor filled - which never let up for the rest of the night!

We were especially grateful to the band for then playing a much longer set to make up for the later start to dancing. Everyone thought it was really fantastic music – especially my daughter who'd been very sceptical about me being the person to choose the band, but has admitted wholeheartedly what a great choice it was - as did all her friends (and ours too) - you absolutely picked the perfect selection to deal with both age groups! Your DJ was then brilliant at keeping everyone going well into the wee small hours!

We have got back from Honeymoon and the dust is settling on our wedding day.

A huge thanks to you all, we have had a lot of feedback from people saying they loved you guys and so did we. It really made our wedding night so much better having you there.

What we were really impressed by was how you guys coped wit the last minute emergencies of your singer being ill. No one would have known to be honest as the person who filled in their spot was absolutely fab! As you can probably remember the dance floor was very busy which was exactly what we wanted - so great job!

PS great suggestion about the electric drum kit too, it sounded great and the entire mix was spot on!

I just wanted to take the opportunity to say a massive thank you for your performance on Friday.

I can't begin to tell you how many people commented on how brilliant you were, what was even more pleasing was that these people ranged from 12 years old to 85!!! In fact one of our guests used to own a number of clubs/bars many years ago and told me that he had booked 100s of acts over the years and not only did he feel you were one of (if not not the) best he could recall, but also he couldn't think of an act that was so age inclusive and had so many people of different ages on the dance floor.

Lizzi mentioned to me afterwards there had been a revision with the limiter? Anyway you sounded fantastic and everyone of our guests commented on the electric atmosphere in the Marquee and you made the biggest contribution to this.

Thank you for learning Maybe I'm Amazed (we loved the version) we couldn't have been happier and when we return from our Honeymoon, I promise to do the rounds on social media!

I must say that booking this band was the best and most memorable part of our wedding day apart from actually getting married.
Almost every single guest from all walks of life asked us where we found you guys.
The songs varied to suit every taste in the room and your performance was outstanding.

So my advice to anyone out there thinking of booking this band is don't hesitate!
No playlist you make or DJ you hire could even come close to the sound and feel of these guys and girl performing live at your special occasion. They were so flexible and able to accommodate our requests and theme, we are just itching for an excuse to book them again.

A little belated (tbh, it's been a manic month and we're only just getting around to writing all our thank you's), but we wanted to say thank you for making our wedding awesome.

You guys were simply fantastic - a great set, great sound and ultimately a great party!! Everyone's been raving about how fantastic you sounded and how much you seemed to enjoy it, which clearly rubbed off on the guests!!

I genuinely feel we couldn't have picked a better band, so thank you.
